Society of Aiken, Inc. and it’s insurance carrier harmless in the event that any
loss, injury, or damages are suffered within the confines of the Aiken Highland
Games and Celtic Festival. I understand that only service animals will be
allowed with the games venue. All tent positions and spaces are final. Changes
may be made only at the discretion of the Aiken Highland Games and Celtic
Festival Committee. All events will be held rain or shine and all sales are
final.
